Every Saturday afternoon in summer, the Covides cooperative opens the interior patio of its headquarters to offer glasses of wine and cava made by its more than 650 associated winegrowers. Live music, wine-based cocktails and local street-food offerings complete the experience. It is a space designed for the local public but open to visitors who want to taste community wines and learn about the largest cooperative project in the Penedès.
