Taking advantage of the Gaudí Year 2026, VINSEUM presents an exhibition that reveals the little-known relationship between Antoni Gaudí and the wine landscape of Penedès. Models, original drawings, archival photographs and olfactory tastings explain how the geometry of the vineyard and the Mediterranean light inspired the genius of Reus. The exhibition, co-curated with the Pinnae Foundation, is divided between the museum and the Berger Balaguer Forum, in an itinerary that combines creativity, nature and wine culture.
The exhibition's discourse is articulated in three areas: “Territory and childhood”, which connects Gaudí with the modernist routes of Vilafranca; “Matter and color”, with ceramics, fragments and samples of pigments made with limestone soils of the Penedès, and “Organic Harmony”, where multimedia installations project shapes of gotives that refer to the facade of the Sagrada Família.
Family workshops, cinematic lectures and urban sketching sessions complement the proposal, making it a sensory experience designed for both local audiences and lovers of modernism.
