Summer workshop: Artificial intelligence for better entrepreneurship and decision making

On Wednesday 19 and 26 August 2026, from 9.30 am to 12 pm, the Casal d'Entitats will become a classroom of the future with a practical workshop on artificial intelligence. Jointly organized by the City Council and the Mancomunidad Penedès-Garraf, the course shows entrepreneurs and professionals how to integrate AI tools into business decision-making.

The training reviews key concepts —machine learning, predictive analytics, conversational bots— and presents real cases of companies in the region that already use algorithms to optimize production, marketing or customer service. Attendees work with free platforms and draw up a small pilot project applicable to their business.

The workshop is free, but the capacity is limited and requires prior registration through the municipal website. At the end, each participant receives a certificate of attendance and access to a virtual support community, so that innovation continues beyond the summer classroom.
