BackOn Tuesday, July 7, the Ramon Bosch Library in Noya opens the cycle of creative workshops of the summer with a session dedicated to the colorful and infinite universe of the legendary Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. For two hours, children between 6 and 12 years old will experiment with colored dots, stickers and immersive projections to recreate the famous 'Infinity Room' on a small scale.
Biblio Labs is an initiative of the Library service to bring art, science and reading closer together through fun activities. Each week of July a different challenge is proposed, taking advantage of the freshness of the multipurpose room and the garden courtyard of the center. The materials are free and registration can be done in person or on the library phone until places run out.
This first session combines a short biographical story, viewing images and a practical workshop where each participant brings home a cell phone with fluorescent dots. It is the perfect excuse for families to spend a different afternoon and children discover that contemporary art can also be play, surprise and community.
