On Sunday, October 4, 2026, the Cava Centre opens its doors free of charge to show residents and tourists the secrets of its museum spaces and the uniqueness of the Festa de la Fil·loxera. Throughout the day, visitors can take an immersive tour that explains the origin of cava and see up close the phylloxera figures that fill the streets every September.
In addition to free access, there are hourly commented tours, family bubble workshops and a small final tasting to learn the difference between young and long-aged sparkling wines. The activity is possible thanks to the staff of the Tourism Service, which brings the oenological heritage closer to the community.
It is a magnificent opportunity to discover or rediscover this cutting-edge equipment, inaugurated a few years ago in the Fassina de Can Guineu, and to understand why cava is an inseparable part of the identity of the Sadurnines.
