On July 9, 2026, the Kripta winery, one of the most unique wine-growing spaces in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, opens its doors to a very special evening: a gastronomic festival that unites oenological heritage and local cuisine. The proposal begins at 20.00 with a guided visit to the cellar, where the public tours the aging galleries, discovers the origin of the mythical “Kripta” bottle and gets to know firsthand the process of making the house's sparkling wines.
Then, from 8.30 pm, the central courtyard is transformed into a gastronomic stage with a pairing dinner prepared by chefs from the Penedès who work with seasonal products: vegetables from the Garraf, signature cheeses, artisan sausages and a selection of dishes paired with the best vintages of the winery. The activity seeks to highlight the wine-territory binomial and the role of the kitchen as a narrator of the landscapes of the Penedès.
The evening includes ambient music, tasting corners guided by winemakers and the possibility of acquiring the most emblematic references at special cellar prices. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy a cool summer evening among vineyards and to understand why Sant Sadurní is considered the world capital of cava.
