Escumostra — Exhibition of Sparkling Wines and Gastronomy 2026

From 2 to 4 October 2026, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia will once again become the capital of the bubble with a new edition of Escumostra, the fair that brings together the main producers of sparkling wines in the country and an extensive gastronomic offer. On Friday and Saturday afternoons (from 19.00 h) and on Sunday afternoons, the central square hosts tasting stands, guided tastings, live music and showcookings.

Organized by the Tourist Service of the City Council, the exhibition offers combined tickets so that visitors can taste reserve, corpinnats or ancestral cavas paired with tapas of local authors. There is no lack of musical space, with jazz and rumba ensembles that liven up the toast between friends.

Scumostra is a key event for the local economy, as it attracts thousands of visitors and reinforces the image of Sant Sadurní as a world reference for sparkling wine. The entrance to the fair area is free; the tastings work with official drinks and tickets that can be purchased in advance on the municipal website.
