From July 13 to 16, 2026, the young narrative comes to life in Sant Sadurní with the intensive creative writing workshop taught by the writer Muriel Villanueva. For four days, the participants — young people between 12 and 18 years old with literary concerns — learn to build characters, dialogues and plots through practical exercises and imagination games.
The mornings (from 10.00 to 12.00 h) and afternoons (from 17.00 to 19.00 h) transform the bookshop La Big Book into a laboratory of stories. The course works on narrative voice techniques, the importance of point of view and strategies to unravel the famous “blank sheet”. Each session ends with a brief reading aloud and collective feedback, fostering the critical spirit and stage safety of the young authors.
Registration costs €95, which includes a dossier, teaching material and a signed copy of one of the teacher's works. At the end of the workshop, a small collection of the texts created is published, which is presented in an event open to families and friends in the same space of the bookstore, turning the experience into a tangible memory of the passage of the students through the world of literary creation.
